Process Overview

After fabrication, the material is delivered in rolls of adequate working range to our folding line.

At the unwinding station, the full width rolls are unwound. The material is running through the machine under tension controlled conditions.

An aligning system guarantees accurate guiding of the web into the perforation station where the web is perforated at the required product width.

These connected material lanes are subsequently folded into rectangular material blocks by running through a combination of S-wrap station and specially designed rotary cylinders.

The material is folded in zig-zag layers onto a lifting table with automatic speed adjustment. At the end of the process, the web is cut and the head and tail of the block are handled in a fully automatic procedure.
