GEVAS has developed a new concept for block folding, and optimized the technology to commercially operating machines. Our state-of-the art rotary folding machine, with custom made folding cylinders, includes a patented perforation system which divides the full roll width into the end slit width required by the customer.

These perforation lines guarantee maximum process and block stability, as well as the required unfolding properties in the production line. The revolutionary new system is a breakthrough in the nonwoven materials handling industry.
